REIKI TRAINING

Becoming a Reiki Practitioner

Reiki is usually taught in four degrees or levels. Each degree builds upon the other and requires attunement or initiation to healing energy given by a certified Reiki Master. A Reiki attunement is the process by which a person receives the ability to give Reiki for a lifetime and it is actually what distinguishes this method from others.

In addition to our Reiki training, we are two devoted Yoga practitioners & Yoga instructors for several years, and we find Yoga to be a wonderful path to combine with Reiki. Therefore, we also teach Yogic Breathing, Meditation & Healing techniques from PRANAVIDYA: Prana means energy & Vidya means Knowledge. The science of Pranavidya is designed to facilitate the proper distribution of prana throughout the whole body.

REIKI LEVEL 1 & 2 COMBO

First and Second Degree Reiki are taught together during a weekend intensive. Both attunements are given. All the information and techniques for both degrees are covered. Through instruction, meditation, attunement, and hands-on practice, this training is designed to empower students with sufficient tools to give themselves or others a complete Reiki treatment.

• History of Reiki.
• The Reiki Ideals.
• The Human Energy System (Chakras & Nadis).
• The PranaVidya Treatment.
• The Reiki Hand Positions.
• Giving a complete Reiki & PranaVidya Treatment for Self and Others.
• Japanese Reiki Techniques: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho developing your intuition, Byosen Scanning detecting where Reiki is needed, Kenyoku dry bathing or clearing ones energy field, Jacki-kiri Joka-ho clearing objects of negative energy. 
• The 3 Reiki Sacred Symbols: Their form, sound and meaning, how to draw them & ways to use them.  
• Mental & Emotional Treatment.
• Distance Healing Treatment.
•  Making a Reiki Box for sending Continuous Energy Healing to: People in needs (Including yourself), past issues, present situations of conflict, dreams or goals for the future. 
• Personal Care & Work Space Preparation.
•  Reiki 1^st & 2^nd degree Sacred Attunements.

REIKI LEVEL 3

Advanced Third Degree Reiki is for personal growth, transformation and increased enlightenment. It is available to those students who have been continuously working with Second Degree Reiki for a minimum of 6 months. You will learn how to do attunements which open the recipient to receive greater amounts of Reiki energy. These attunements are not initiatory, but are designed to help you access more energy when giving hands-on or absentee treatments. You will also learn how to make an Energy Grid with Crystals to send continuous Reiki.

• Introduction to the 2 Tibetan Symbols.
  (Master Symbol for Spiritual Healing & Fire Serpent Symbol for Chakra Balancing).
• Practical Applications of these Symbols.
• The Use of Crystals with Reiki.
• How to Make and Charge a Reiki grid with Crystals.
• Introduction to the Attunement Process.
• Advanced Meditation.
• Reiki 3rd Degree Attunement.

THE REIKI MASTER/TEACHER LEVEL

The joys of becoming a Reiki Master are many and you don't necessarily have to teach in order for the Master training to be useful. The additional healing energy, symbols, techniques and knowledge will add value to your healing abilities. Treating yourself, giving yourself and others healing attunements and treating others in person and at a distance will all be noticeably improved. The fact that you can pass Reiki on to friends and family is also a definite plus. Many take the Master training with just this in mind. However, if you ever decide to formally teach, you will be able to do so.

The course will introduce the student to the powerful Master/Teacher symbol. Discussion will include the Healing Methodology, Attunement processes, Symbol applications, Teaching principles, and Professional ethics. Students will learn to conduct all the system of attunement ceremonies. They will experience intense hands-on review and practice.
