Jose Ram is a highly trained and certified Yoga Master from Spain. He teaches a very authentic type of yoga that includes all the physical, mental & spiritual aspects of Being. His melodious voice and extensive experience, leads people to deep relaxation states & higher levels of consciousness through Yoga Nidra, Tantric Kriya Meditations & Yogic Secrets for Natural Detoxification, Purification & Healing. 

His yoga sessions are individualized, suitable for different ages and types of physical condition. INCLUDE the following practices:

ASANAS: Physical postures to balance body & mind. Developing strength, flexibility & awareness.


PRANAYAMA: Yogic breathing techniques that help to improve respiratory cardiovascular & brain functions, balancing energy. 


YOGA NIDRA: The Yoga of Conscious Dreaming. Deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation. A state of consciousness between waking and sleeping in which the mind is exceptionally receptive. In this state one can let go of repressed matter, release tension & stress, create healthier habits, increase positivity & peace.



MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS: Formal meditation techniques to calm and focus the mind, develop concentration ability & self-knowledge. Although mindfulness can be cultivated through formal meditation, that’s not the only way. Mindfulness it’s about living our lives as if each moment matters...maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.    
DETOX & PURIFICATION YOGA RETREAT: During this nature retreat we will learn and practice the purification systems used by the ancient yogis. These are simple, precise and powerful techniques to harmonize the main energy channels through the complete cleansing of body organs
